Notary for Offices & Institutions.

We provide on-site mobile notary service for businesses, administrative offices, university departments, and organizations needing a notary at their location in San Diego County.

The service,
explained.

When multiple documents or multiple signers are involved, an on-site notary saves time. We travel to your office or institution and notarize eligible documents for each signer who appears in person with acceptable identification. We do not imply any existing contract or partnership with any organization.

A California notary cannot select the type of notarial certificate or act for the customer, because that would be unauthorized legal advice. The customer, their attorney, or the receiving agency determines the required act.

What to
have ready.

  • Each signer must appear in person with acceptable identification.
  • A suitable space for the notarial act at your location.
  • The complete documents, ready for notarization.
  • Advance notice of the number of signers and documents so we can schedule appropriately.
