Business Document Notarization.

We notarize eligible business documents throughout San Diego County, including contracts, authorization documents, corporate paperwork, and affidavits.

The service,
explained.

Business documents often require notarized signatures to be accepted by banks, government agencies, or counterparties. We perform the notarial act on eligible documents. We do not advise on the legal sufficiency of the document's content.

A California notary cannot select the type of notarial certificate or act for the customer, because that would be unauthorized legal advice. The customer, their attorney, or the receiving agency determines the required act.

What to
have ready.

  • Each signer must appear in person with acceptable identification.
  • The complete document, ready for notarization.
  • The correct notarial certificate, determined by your counsel or receiving agency.
  • For corporate documents, confirmation of the signer's authority to sign.
